This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how you may cancel an order or request a refund for a product or service purchased through the Sangamam X Platform operated by EDEZIA INFOTEC.
By purchasing any product or service through the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will only be considered if they are made within 2 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery, where applicable.
Perishable Products
EDEZIA INFOTEC does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, or similar products.
However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product.
The request will be processed only after the seller or merchant listed on the Platform has inspected and verified the reported issue.
Incorrect Product
If you believe the product received is different from what was shown on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product.
After reviewing your complaint, our customer service team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or any other suitable remedy.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly for warranty claims and related support.
Refund Processing
Refunds will only be processed after the refund request has been reviewed and approved by EDEZIA INFOTEC or the respective seller, where applicable.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase.
It may take up to 7 business days for the approved refund to be credited to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
