Delete Account Policy

We respect your privacy and provide you with the option to permanently delete your account at any time.

When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Sangamam X account:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo, etc.) will be permanently removed.
• Your login credentials will no longer work.
• Past activity (such as chats, calls, bookings, or transactions) may be anonymized and will no longer be linked to you.
• Certain records may be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or security purposes where required by law.

Important Notes

• Any active services, subscriptions, bookings, or pending transactions may be canceled automatically.
• Backup copies may remain in secure archives for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Sangamam X App.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.

Your request will typically be processed within 7 days.
